I stood behind her with a glass of scotch watching the distant sky projections; Earth Commemoration Day… She stared into the distant horizon for a moment, and then hit a note on the piano. Her hands started moving faster in a crescendo. The city muffed sound accompanied her song. It was like a distant memory from another life. A feeling I can hardly articulate in words. I knew in that exact moment that I was witnessing a masterpiece being created.
Was it the fresh breeze, the perfect light, the view that made her create that song? For this was more than melancholy or love. It was something deeper. One thing was certain this was a special moment in time. A Moment of Inspiration…
