Witness Report:

After spotting a light in the NNE at around 19:45, a sizable object descended above the lake. Our instruments ceased to function when the environment became electrified. Col. M.J.M lost contact with base Alpha completely. The U.F.O was lowered above the water and remained there until approx. 20 o'clock troughout the following minutes, during which time several beings were seen on the ground. The vehicle began to make a low-frequency buzzing sound as it lowered some sort of probe into the water. One of the beings approached the woods apparently aware of our presence. Three pictures of the creature were taken by the still-operating camera at TF1
