The X'Aeqa  are nearly as old as our star system, yet no one knows much about them. We know that they were almost annihilated by the TARS A.I Civilization at some point, and that since then they have stopped all communication with all other civilizations, and that they occasionally migrate to other star systems. And by migration, I mean that they move entire planets across space to other red dwarf stars. It is a sight you will never forget. A display of power and technology. But why ? No one knows. One of the numerous enigmas surrounding the X'aeqa's, I believe.
